Our Process
The ODM development process at Namtso Technology Co., Ltd. begins with a thorough consultation to understand your project's unique needs and objectives. From there, our team of experts embarks on the conceptualization phase, crafting a bespoke design that encapsulates your vision while ensuring functionality and market appeal.

Our engineering team will partner with you to develop an Engineering Requirements Document (ERD), detailing the technical specifications, lifecycle, and cost estimations of your project.
In the initial prototyping stage, our engineers craft the PCB based on your ERD, producing three Prototype I units for your review, alongside any required industrial design (ID) for external components.
Following feedback from stage 2, we design a new PCB and ID for Prototype II, focusing on finalizing the hardware architecture for software development. Prototype II undergoes comprehensive hardware qualifying tests.
Your NRE project culminates with Prototype III, integrating production-ready hardware and software, with ongoing software enhancements. The final prototype undergoes certifications like CE, ROHS, and FCC.
Upon aligning hardware and software for release, stage 5 initiates with a 100 unit trial run to refine the factory's SOP and QC methods. Following the trial's success, you're positioned to escalate to a full production run.
